*Pertaining to Golf Memberships ONLY, a “Resident” is defined as living in Eagle Landing. Monthly dues do not include sales tax.

Junior (18 & Under)    $160 monthly | may not play prior to 12pm on weekends.
Players Club:    $42 monthly
Seasonal Memberships:
Resident  $1500          Non-Resident  $2000 (6 consecutive months, prepaid)

Cart Fees

9 Holes: $12               18 Holes: $32
Members may walk the course Monday through Thursday anytime, Friday through Sunday after 2:00pm.

Range Rates

$4/ Small Basket | $8/Regular Basket |$12/Large Basket
No charge for full golf members.

  • Four “non-prime time” rounds of golf per year  including cart fee
  • Driving range privileges with 12 complimentary regular baskets of balls each year
  • Practice putting green privileges
  • Participation in two annual group skills clinics
  • Club restaurant & Sports bar charging privileges
  • 20% off Pro Shop merchandise
  • Use of Club facilities for private functions with 10% discount from scheduled charges

Annual Trail Fees – Privately Owned Golf Carts* 

*For Eagle Landing Residents Only.
Golf carts must be registered with the Pro Shop.
