East West Realty opens sales center for Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation
Fleming Island, Fla. (April 22, 2005) – East West Realty, Inc. has opened a sales and information center for Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation, a 1,352-acre golf course community developed by East West Partners, Inc.
With more than 41 combined years experience with East West Partners, the community’s sales team of seasoned professionals includes Sharon Wyatt, Chill Hotchkiss, Mary Burke Evans and Keith Jones. The information center, which is open daily from 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m., is located at 1107-1 Oakleaf Plantation Parkway at Brannan-Chaffee Road.
Eagle Landing offers spacious homesites priced from $110s with homes available from $300,000 to more than $800,000. Eagle Landing’s golf course designer is award-winning architect Clyde Johnston, who also designed the courses at Jacksonville Golf & Country Club and Eagle Harbor. The 18-hole, championship course is currently on schedule to open in fall 2005.
